	I have been in the movie business for 20 years. Please find below a short list of some of the movies I realized: "Nogo , la salaté" or "dirt" : a short movie realized in 1991 got Fespaco nomination ; Many documentary movies made between 1987 and 1990; Many television shows between 1987 and 1994; "Vis-A-Vis" a Sitcom made betwenn 1991 and 2003 "Quand les éléphants se battent": a Soap Opera made in 2004. *Question: could you tell us what the difference between a producer and a film maker and what are their respective hierarchy?* Answer: the Producer look for the means of production and the means of distribution. The fil maker is the head of the orchestra , the team leader . He makes the product and is liable forits quality. *Question: As movie maker, what are the sources of your inspiration?* Answer I get my inspiration by dayly observing my community human beings men and women alike as well as the sounds and the light around me. *Question: Your productions have taken you very far speaking about your fame and your wealth. Looking at you one may think that film makers are well off and really well off. What is your opinion?* Answer: Nowadays I have a moral satisfaction becaue I am doing the job I like . For meit is most important thing in a human being's life. *Question: In summary, what are, in general, the actual Burkina Faso film makers' constraints?* Answer: For people who create, the constrains are the same in this world. For me, we have to find the solutions o our problem and stop complaining. Arts hate complaints. *Question: In a movie making what kind of financial support does the government bring in?* Answer: The gouvernment usually support film makers with equipemnts and human ressources. Lately they have been bring financila support too. Question: Why is the Fespaco not inviting actors from other countries such as Jennifer Lopez, Sylvestone (Sylvester Stallone???), Harrison Ford to allow our burkina faso comedians to meet them and and benefit from their experiences? Answer: The main reason is the lack of financial resources. However I think that meeting famous actors is not very importnat. If the financial resources were available they could be used to locally train the our comedians to perform better. *Question: The actor's salary seems to also be one of the greatest problems producers and film makers fear and prefer to recruit less qualifiesd actors. Answer*: It is unfortunate that there is some misundertanding. There is a need to open a debate on the subject.


	The movie area needs to be organized

	*Question: It seems that the artists do not have any statute and that they are fighting to get one. Is it really important when one considers that actors and movie makers are fighting to get most?* Answer: The movie area needs to be organized all over. Everybody, movies makers and actors altogether, will benefit form it. A statute is necessary. *Question: Mr. Dao, Does the Burkina Faso movie suffer?* Answer: To be able to suffer it needs to fully exist. For the moment we think that it does not exist. It will exist when there will be a regional policy to re-organize and make this sector competitive. *Question: If you were asked to make suggestions to whom it may concern for the Burkina Faso movie improvement, what would they be ( following the emergency order):* Answer: 1- Organization of the sector; 2- Permanent training of actors; 3- Regional resources mobilisation for the movie sector improvement as well as other art sectors. *Question: Without being too idiscrret, the movie: quand les elephants se battent' is now a real success. How much this movie has cost in total?* Answer: The producer is the only person who can answer to this question. *Question: If by any chance somebody discovers you through the net and want to help you. What kind of support would you like to get.* Answer: First we need to talk, discuss, know each other, understand each other and get a common objective. This will the first support: a mutual support .
