I have been doing music since 1962. I realized 3 records and 3 albums. My last album is entitled “Salembo, l’homme du people” (“Salembo, the man of the people”).
Message to my fans:
I thank all my fans who supported me from the beginning of my carrier. Thanks to them, I persevered and today I am crowned since I got distinctions such as “Chevalier de l’ordre National” of communication and arts, “Kundé d’or d’honneur 2006” with Papa Wemba and M’bilia Bel.
My wishes would be:
That new artists stop imitating the others and rather devote themselves to our music, as aping the others is a proof of being mixed up.
